FULLY FASHIONED

A triptych film installation choreographed by Michael Clark for Pringle of Scotland's 200 year anniversary exhibition: Fully Fashioned, screened at the Serpentine Gallery, the National Museum of Scotland and in competition for A Shaded View of Fashion at the Centre Pompidou. The film showcases two duets and one ensemble, with each dancer wearing vintage Pringle underwear and outerwear from the 1920s and 1930s. The film oscillates between each dance, introducing negative solarised images as ghost frames, referencing the past, present and future.
